For the Love of Beads For the Love of Beads required a complete overhaul of their previous identity. The design was to be cutesy and crafty, tailored to the demographic. We created new logo, as well as Nibler - the FTLOB Mascot!

For the Love of Beads We photographed over 1000 products for FTLOB, and also trained one of their employees on how to construct a simple light box and take photos.

For the Love of Beads The CMS we customized for FTLOB acted as a hub for the owners and managers to run the entire business. They could check and fulfill open orders, restock product, see sales reports for products, categories, access their CRM and add/edit pages all in one place.

For the Love of Beads The CRM we customized for FTLOB included automatic followthrough sequences for all customers, with 3 different sequences with 5 contact points each. It also implemented a rewards point program, as well as retention campaigns for any customers that hadn't ordered in awhile.

For the Love of Beads The POS we developed for FTLOB includes a custom inventory system with automatic print-out mailing labels, emailed invoices and reporting. Completed orders would automatically adjust the inventory, and when stock was low a re-order report would be generated.

For the Love of Beads FTLOB relies heavily on loyalty from repeat customers, so bi-weekly newsletters were a must. People who added product to shopping carts were also delivered into a followthrough sequences to optimize sales.
