Kim is a realtor in Toronto who approached us in need of a redesign of her site. She wanted to retain some of the brand she had developed, so we kept red as her main color and designed the site to focus on the photography.

This custom-built CMS allows Kim to easily add new listings, schedule open houses (which will email a database of Toronto realtors and potential buyers) and more.

Surveys for User Generated Content

Kim is a fantastic realtor and has a database of satisfied clients. We created a simple survey that would automatically email her clients (and any new clients 10 days after closing) with some simple questions about the process. Their responses were posted on Kim's website and has created, and continues to create tons of content which generate traffic off of Google, as well as adding credibility.

The survey also had the ability to send the new page to friends of the customer to facilitate word of mouth.
